13. Tanks rust from moisture build-up, which weakens the tank. Make sure to drain tank regularly and
inspect periodically for unsafe conditions such as rust formation and corrosion.
14. Fast moving air will stir up dust and debris, which may be harmful. Release air slowly when
draining moisture or depressurizing the compressor system.
Instructions for using pressure vessels
The pressurized container is intended only for the storage of compressed air and is intended for
static use in a horizontal position. It can be used in accordance with the operating pressure and
temperature, which is visible on the plate of the pressure vessel and described in the technical data
and further instructions.
Welding and heating the pressure vessel is prohibited!
In the high pressure vessel itself, safety and control instruments (safety valve, manometer) are
installed, whose operations and use are described in the following instructions.
The maximum pressure is given in the technical data and the pressure vessel itself.
Instructions for maintaining pressure vessel
Before any intervention or maintenance of the pressurized container - it is necessary to release the
air from the container and close the air flow into the vessel.
Welding and heating the pressure vessel is prohibited!
Periodically check the thickness of the sheet (cover and bottom);
The thickness of the shell should never be less than 2 mm
The bottom thickness should never be less than 2 mm
The permissible corrosion rate of 0.5 mm was taken into account in the container construction
SPRAYING PRECAUTIONS
Do not spray flammable materials in vicinity of open flame
or near ignition sources including the compressor unit.
15. Do not smoke when spraying paint, insecticides, or other flammable
substances.
16. Use a face mask/respirator when spraying and spray in a well ventilated area
to prevent health and fire hazards.
17. Do not direct paint or other sprayed material at the compressor. Locate
compressor as far away from the spraying area as possible to minimize overspray
accumulation on the compressor.
18. When spraying or cleaning with solvents or toxic chemicals, follow the instructions provided by
the chemical manufacturer.
