Casing
The casing of the EM-530/660 (versions SCR and
SCR-ready) consists of a base frame with noise
attenuating elements for the engine/generator unit
and panels of the heat exchanger unit.
Ventilation of the CHP unit is provided by an extract
air fan with temperature-dependent control. Fresh air
is drawn from the plant room via the air filter on the
top of the unit and slit openings in the side silencer
hoods behind the control panel.
The extract air (exhaust air) must be extracted directly
to the outside via an extract air duct.
The average frequency of the sound insulation is
approx. 20 dB. The connecting canvas flange is
included in the standard delivery.
The CHP unit casing can easily be removed for
installation work.
4.3
Control panel
The control panel is attached to the front of the base
frame and contains the electrical components for
operating and controlling the Vitobloc 200
EM-530/660 CHP unit (versions SCR and SCR-
