terminal port to determine the value of the initial coil diameter. the DI3 terminal F5-03 is set to 54 
( initial coil diameter/feed forward coefficient selection terminal 1), and the DI4 terminal F5-04 is set to 
55 (initial coil diameter/feed forward coefficient selection terminal 2).
