6. Delivery and assembly
The VIADRUS GRAND G 36 BM boiler is delivered in assembled state, on the palette, packaged in
cardboard, protected by foil and equipped by offered regulation (according to customer's requirements).
Standard accessories to all boiler modifications:

Operational and Installation Manual, the Certificate of Guarantee included
−
A list of contractual service organizations
If required by customer- only for version with
SIT valve:

Room thermostat (gold plated contacts)
Boiler equipment "required by customer" is sold per extra fee.
6.1 Assembly procedure
1. Put the boiler on the required standpoint (it is necessary to respect the demands on boiler positioning
stated in chap. 8) according to the project documentation. We recommend to transport the boiler to
the determined standpoint while on a pallet, possibly still wrapped in protective packing. If this isn’t
possible due to the space restrictions the boiler is transported without the packing by transferring it by
using the boiler base plate in which there are on the left and right hand side prepared two circular
openings determined for putting on the “ removal hooks”. By means of hooks the boiler can be lifted and
transported to the required standpoint. It is forbidden to use the gas and heating water pipes for
lifting the boiler. The boiler must stand fast on the incombustible pad in its vertical position and well–
balanced.
2. The combustion products return flow fuse must not be put out of operation. It is forbidden to
interfere in an unskilled way with the combustion products return flow fuse. Only the original
parts delivered by the manufacturer are allowed to be used for combustion products return flow
fuse assembly and its faulty parts exchange.
3. Connect to the heating system according to project documentation.
