Security Elements
Security elements are placed at the control panel of the boiler:
- A safety piece of return flow of burnt gases is set at 70 °C (it is adjustable within a range from 70 °C to 90 °C)
- Boiler thermostat (supplied in a range from 0 - 90°C as a standard)
The control panel is equipped by a combined thermometer and manometer. A sensor of the safety piece of
return flow of burnt gases is placed in a horizontal draft damper and in a case of insufficient exhaust of burnt
gases, it switches the boiler off.
Boiler thermostat sensors are placed in a bulb in the top opening of the left head of casting in the top part of
the left edge section. The return valve of the manometer is screwed in the inferior opening of the left head of
casting of the left edge section.
The boiler is delivered without a room device as a standard. If required by a customer, the boiler can be
equipped by a room device.

Pict. no. 3 Connection Wiring on Control Elements for SIT Modification
The boiler is equipped by this special one-stage combined electromagnetic valve:
1. SIT 820 NOVA mV with continuous starting-up for ZP
-
The boiler may be operated at firmly set output power - from the production company, the boiler is set at
the nominal output power, and setting at lower value according to Table no. 2 may be done by a
representative of the authorized contractual service organization who was trained by the producer.
-
The output power is set according to Tab. no. 2
-
The igniting burner is ignited by a piezoelectric ignitor.
-
When the burner is ignited, the flame heats up the mV generator and the thermocouple. When there is a
voltage of 145 mV at the generator, the main burner is opened.
-
Electric current developed by heat supplies and controls the thermostats and valve coils.
