Fine adjustment of output voltage (cont.)
Caution
Caution
・ Finer tuning of output voltage shall be operated by educated / matured electricity
technician who understand the risk of charged electric parts.
・ Do not touch parts except the finer tuning volume of output voltage.
・
Do not force rotate the volume after feeling stop / end of rotation.
REMEMBER
・ Do not use new electrode without finer tuning.
・
Do not remove or injure inner earth wire on upper cover.
・ Close upper cover as it was before as soon as finish this step.
Anomaly detecting function
Anomaly detecting function will turn on and stop output automatically when leaking of high voltage
output is detected.
Anomaly detection outputs (alarm) function
There is alarm output terminal (C-type relay outputs, 3 terminals). Those terminals do not supply power.
There is time lag >1Sec. at startup. PLC or other alarming equipment shall be set up under this
condition. E.g. PLC alarm input ignores alarm state 1Sec. from turning up the power.

Tuning sensitivity of anomaly detection / response time

make sense under very noisy condition.
