Caution
REMEMBER
・
Installation of the high voltage supply unit GP-1 should be conducted by someone
proficient in handling of electric products, including electric wiring
・
Do not drill holes into the GP-1.
・
This is precision product should be protected from shock and
GP-1 should be placed nearby the equipment or frames whom the ionizers are installed to. Fix GP
flange (footer brackets) and steadily frame / floor / wall using with ISO machine head
Output terminal should be down in case of vertical mount.
Wiring
1. Secure the power switch is OFF.
2. Plug output connector of AD24-IT (included in package) into GP-1 input connector (
5569-04A1-210).
3. Plug AC code into AD24-IT then plug AC code into inlet with ground / earth terminal / pin. Grounding wire
from GP-1 must be tied with grounding point e.g. machine frame which is grounded when the inlet doesn’t
have ground / earth terminal / pin.
Caution
Caution
Be secure GP-1 is always grounded or you may receive a light electric shock
when touching the casing. GP-1 doesn’t provide its full performance with
insufficient grounding.
REMEMBER
Do not power on High Voltage Power Supply GP-1 when this procedure
External power supply
For direct supply DC 24V without included AC/DC adopter,
using molex connector as the picture on the right.
Ground must be tied to pin #4 or grounding point on the
back of GP-1.
Monitoring output voltage
The output monitoring terminal (MONITOR) outputs 1/1000 attenuated
value of actual High Voltage outputs. This terminal is designed for DMM
/ handheld testers probes (Input impedance should be larger than
1Mohm, outer diameter of probe: 2mm).

Using AC voltage detecting mode. Output will alternative current so
there is no polarity.

1/1000 value of actual output voltage (AC 4 to 7V) will be indicated.
e.g. The tester shows 4.2V then actual output voltage is 4.2kV
