To connect four storage shelves to an appliance

Connect a SAS-3 cable to the left port in the appliance External RAID PCIe
card.

Be sure that the blue clip in this port points down.

Connect the other end of the SAS-3 cable to port A in the top I/O module of
the first storage shelf.
