3 Unit Deployment and Removal
When you are working at the roadside you must always remain alert to your surroundings and
the traffic behavior.
DANGER
Be safe. Stay alert and pay close attention to the surrounding
traffic at all times.
3.1 Trailer Deployment for PRO Series models PCMS-1210 and
PCMS-1500
WARNING
Be very careful when attempting to maneuver trailer into position
for setting up.
1. Position the trailer as close as possible to the location with the tow vehicle.
2. Set one (1) jack in position and block the trailer wheels before you start to
disconnect the coupler from the tow vehicle hitch.
3. Unplug the power connection to the tow vehicle and store plug in the optional
holder, if available.
4. Unhook breakaway cable (if trailer is equipped with brakes).
5. Detach the safety chains.
6. Check the ground conditions and install
all
the jacks.
Make sure the wheels are off the ground and trailer is as level as possible
Add blocks under the jack pads as needed.
3.2 Trailer Deployment for PRO Series model PCMS-3812
WARNING
Be very careful when attempting to maneuver trailer into position
for setting up.
1. Position the trailer as close as possible to the location with the tow vehicle.
2. Set the front legs in position to unhitch and block the trailer wheels before you
start to disconnect the coupler from the tow vehicle hitch.
3. Unplug the power connection to the tow vehicle and store plug in the optional
holder, if available.
4. Detach the safety chains, move vehicle from trailer.
5. Check the ground conditions and install
all
the stabilizer legs:
a. Lower back legs, lower the jack.
b. Lower front legs, raise the jack.
