c. Make sure all wheels are off the ground, check ground slope. The trailer
cannot exceed 15°.
d. Add blocks under the jack pads as needed.
3.3 Setup for PRO Series models PCMS-1210 and PCMS-1500
1. Raise the sign case a bit (Up/Down switch in the battery box).
Make sure the sign clears all other equipment on the trailer.

2. Remove D-pin labeled #1 in Figure 1. Turn sign case to face traffic.
3. Remove padlock and turn locking handle (2) and fine tune the orientation.
Lock the signboard in position with locking handle (2) and D-Pin (3) in locking
holes (4). Put the padlock back.
4. Tilt the solar panels at 45 degrees towards the zenith.
5. Raise the signboard fully and place the second locking pin (3) in the hole that
appears under the sign case.
3.4 Setup for the PCMS-3812 PRO Series
The following safety warnings apply throughout the whole procedure,
please read
them carefully before proceeding
and make sure no one is near the trailer.
DANGER
When operating the winch, make sure you are in safest position to stay clear
from moving parts. Keep hands and fingers clear of the drum and cable area
of the winch when operating. Do
not
attempt to guide cable by hand.
Position
yourself in the safest zone as indicated on the mast.
CAUTION
Never
continue turning the winch counterclockwise if the cable
tension is loosening.
Stop, tighten the cable and verify the system
.
