3.2 Personal Attack
The personal attack function provides 24 hour protection, and can be activated whether the system is set or unset.
Quick key sequence
Press
generates a personal attack alarm.
Detailed Explanation
Press the following keys:

External Sounders / strobes and internal sounders are activated. The display
shows “
P A
“
if the system is unset
.
Automated signalling devices will also be
activated if installed.
To Quite the sounder and reset the system to day / unset see section 2.5 for a detailed explanation of resetting the
system.
If silent PA has been enabled via engineer programming then neither the external or internal sounders will be
activated only the external strobe will activate, along with any communicating devices.
If a Panic alarm is triggered when the system is set then the display will remain blank until the system is reset.
