to actual vehicle
position.
Problems with GPS reception persist. The position is
corrected automatically as soon as satisfactory GPS
reception resumes: If necessary wait a few minutes;
ask your installation workshop to check whether the
installation angle of the navigation computer has
been correctly entered in the diagnosis menu.
Directions do not
correspond to the
actual traffic
conditions.
It is possible that the car’s position as calculated by
the navigation system is not currently correct. Traffic
routing may have been changed and no longer
corresponds to the information on the map CD.
“TMC” logo in the
status line is
permanently red, no
traffic information is
displayed on the
map.
Poor / disrupted TMC reception. With TMC radio
connected: Switch on radio, and tune to an
RDS transmitter with TMC traffic information.
System reports
”Wrong or defect.
media!”
DVD/CD could be damaged
DVD/CD may not be C-IQ compatible
DVD/CD is not suited to your system

”Incorrect code”
Code was entered incorrectly. Code input must be
repeated.
Code was transmitted by the C-IQ service incorrectly.
Contact the C-IQ service to receive the correct code
Identical code had already been entered and is either
already active or has already expired. Check your
access data under ”My C-IQ” .
Map button does
not function, or only
in the 1000 km scale
The region or the country may not have been
activated. Contact the C-IQ service.

”System error”
Your system requires service. Please contact your
installation workshop or your dealer.
