8.4 Make the side of the unibody airtight

Fill the entire space between the unibody and the exterior wall with expanding foam. The
sides around the unibody should be airtight. At the same time the expanding foam should
insulate the complete side of the unibody.

NOTICE

This seal needs to be airtight because air leaks will create unwanted condensation.
