8.6 Adjust the middle bar
The middle bar needs to firmly press against the inner door foam when the door is closed.
This is to separate the two air streams.
If you have a fresh-r
®
everywhere this step in not required as the internal door already
separates the two air streams.
To adjust the middle bar do the following:
1. Turn the nuts counter-clockwise to unlock the middle bar.
2. Move the middle bar.
3. Examine if the door rests against the middle bar.
4. If so, turn the nuts clockwise to lock the middle bar.
When adjusted properly you will note a compression line in the foam inside the
door. Please check this before you go to the next step by closing and opening the
door.

8.7 Openthestormflaps
The fresh-r
®
is equipped with two storm flaps. The storm flaps need to be open.
To open the storm flaps, do the following:
1. Press the two storm flap levers as shown in fig. 40.
