7. Unscrew three bolts on the rear side and remove the bracket.

8. Unscrew the bolts on the left and right sides and remove the Upper Handle.
When removing the shrink wrap first and remove the
handlebar bolt, the bolt can be accidentally dropped and get
into the column. Remove the upper handle bolt first and
remove the shrink wrap.
