The blower housing must be removed so that anti-
afterfire solenoid wire can be properly routed during
reassembly.
1. Disconnect fuel line at carburetor.
2. Remove anti-afterfire solenoid ground wire (5).
3. Remove choke control bracket (6) and
disconnect link (4),

4. Unhook governor link spring (7) from throttle
lever. Disconnect governor link,

5. Remove air cleaner elbow support screw (8),

6. Remove 3 intake elbow screws and carburetor
assembly.
7. Remove carburetor spacer (10) and gaskets (9).

8. Remove two nuts (13) and two screws (14).
Separate air cleaner elbow (12) and intake
elbow (15) from carburetor,

9. Discard gaskets (11).
