If the unit displays any other error code, it requires service.

Internal pulse width measurement
exceeds setting requirements
1.
Turn unit off.
2.
If using a metal patient return electrode plate, verify
that the cable connections are secure and replace
cables with loose connections. Turn unit on.
3.
If error code occurred directly after changing mode of
operation, turn on the unit and delay activation of the
accessories after changing mode of operation.
4.
If alarm number reappears upon restarting the unit,
record the number and call the Valleylab Service
Center.

conflicts with calibrated value
1.
Turn unit off.
2.
If error code occurred directly after changing mode of
operation, turn on the unit and delay activation of the
accessories after changing mode of operation.
3.
If error code occurred directly after changing the power
setting during activation, turn on the unit and limit the
change of power to approximately three watts per
second.
4.
If alarm number reappears upon restarting the unit,
record the number and call the Valleylab Service
Center.

1.
Turn the unit off.
2.
Allow the unit to cool for 20 minutes.
