in the valve seat (see arrow in figure above) and to the correct posi

tion of the indentation in the head cover (circle in figure above) for the
guidance pin of the housing cover!

: Pay attention to the correct position of the guidance pin (E1)
in the head cover (circle in figure above)!

: Pay attention to the correct position of the kidney-shaped ori-
fices in the valve seats and to the correct positions of the bores in the
head covers (circles in figure above)!

Put the valves (D) in place. See figures above for the correct position
of the valves:
Inlet side
of pump head: The valve tongue points at the kidney-shaped
orifice in the valve seat.
Outlet side
of pump head: The valve is oriented the opposite direction
as the valve at the inlet side. Round orifice under the valve tongue.

: Put the white PTFE valves (see figure above) at the outlet of
the first pump stage and at the inlet of the second stage!

Put on housing cover (C) (ME 1) or housing cover (C) and housing
cover insert (C1) (ME 1C / MZ 1C).

Move housing cover or housing cover insert slightly to ensure that the
head covers are correctly positioned.
