Turbidity sensor
In addition to the water and energy economy feature, the amount of water
needed is optimized by a turbidity sensor.
With the help of the turbidity sensor, the control unit detects the degree of dirti-
ness of the soapy water at any time in the cycle. and from this determines the
amount of water needed for the rest of the cycle.
For example, if only a low degree of dirtiness is detected during the first rins-
ing cycle, then the amount of water used for rinsing during the second rinsing
cycle is reduced.

Automatic energy-saving stand-by
The appliance is equipped with automatic energy-saving stand-by to avoid
consuming energy unnecessarily.
All displays go out within minutes of a programme finishing. Energy consump-
tion is reduced to an absolute minimum. The safety functions, however, remain
activated.
