5. Press the left soft key

Options
) to add the phone number of
the message on the LCD screen to the address book.
6. Use the navigation key
or
to reach
Store
and press the left soft
key
(
Ok
) to select.
7. Enter the person’s name (up to 12 letters) by pressing the keys on the
keypad or leave blank if desire. Press the left soft key
(
Ok
) to
enter. If no name is entered, the phone number is use for the name.
If the LCD display flashes “
Exists
” after you enter a name it
means there is already an entry with the
exact same name and
phone number
stored in the phone’s memory.
8. Choose a
Group
by pressing
or
and then press the left soft
key
.
9. The phone enters the information and returns to the
Options
menu.
Press the right soft key
(
Back
) to return to the list of incoming
messages.
10. Press
(
End
) to exit the menu and return to stand-by mode.
4.2.9 Outbox
The last 100 messages sent are stored in
Outbox
. When
Outbox
is selected,
the sent message list appears on the screen. The list shows the recipient’s
phone number and name (if it is saved in the address book). The messages
are listed according to the time sent. The latest message sent is displayed
first.
