SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRYERS
1. The fryer becomes extremely hot during operation. As
soon as the food has been prepared and the appliance is no
longer needed, switch off the appliance and unplug the power
plug from the electrical outlet.
2. Only use the appliance for frying foods as specified in these operating
instructions. Only fry foods that are suitable for this manner of cooking.
3. Ensure that the food to be fried is a dry as possible.
4. Never put water in the appliance.
5. Hot steam can develop when frying. Therefore keep face and hands at safe
distance use special caution when opening the fryer.
6. Ensure that the room is well ventilated when frying.
7. Never cover the fryer when it is in operation. Otherwise the appliance could
overheat.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or incorrect use or if
repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.
Do not open the housing under any circumstances. There is
danger of electric shock.
Never pour oil into or place grease in the appliance. Such use
could damage the appliance.
Attention! The appliance and its component parts is very
hot during and after operation! Keep children away from the
appliance!
BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Remove all packaging materials and the transport safeguards, if present.
Keep packaging materials away from children – danger of suffocation!
2. Clean frying basket and frying insert with warm, soapy water and then dry
these items thoroughly.
3. Clean the housing from the inside and outside with a slightly damp cloth.
4. Place the housing on a level, stable and heat-resistant surface.
5. Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet, with the rating specifications
specified on the rating plate.
