Lift the frying basket (D) up by the handle (G) and hang it by
the chip to the edge of the oil receptacle (E) .This allows
excess oil/fat to drip off.
Then slightly raise the frying basket (D) and shake off the
remaining oil/fat before lifting the frying basket(D) completely
out of the appliance.
To avoid being burned by the hot oil/fat, close the removable
lid again as soon as you have removed the frying basket.
Place your fried food in d prepared container, e.g. a bowl.
After use, the appliance must always be switched off turning the
temperature control (H) ant-iclockwise to the OFF position and then
taking the mains plug out of the safety socket. Let the appliance cool
to room temperature before cleaning it.
When you have finished frying:
Do not move the fryer until it has cooled down completely.
The oil/fat could spill over the sides and burn you.
Emptying the oil receptacle:
While the oil/fat is still liquid, you can pour it out of the oil receptacle
(E) and store in a suitable container.
Please use suitable protection, such as gloves, to avoid
being burned when handling
parts that could still be hot.
First open the removable lid (B) of the fryer.
If you would like to re-use the oil/fat, use a funnel to pour it through a
filter paper into a storage container prepared for the purpose.
