Meaning of the indicator light(F):
When you plug the appliance into a shockproof socket and set a given
temperature on the temperature control (H), the indicator light (F)
comes on to show that heating is in progress.
When the set temperature is reached, the green indicator light (F)
goes OFFOnly then put your food into the fryer (see section entitled
‘Frying”).
Frying:
Check the set temperature again and adjust the temperature
control (H) if necessary.
When the set temperature is reached, the indicator light
(F)goes OFF
Now out the food in the frying basket (D) . Fill the frying basket
(D) no higher than two third full.
Remember to dry moist food before frying.
Lift the frying basket (D) with the handle (G).
Open the removable lid (B) of the fryer.
Put the frying basket (D) carefully into the fryer. Be careful, this
may cause fat drops to splash.
Now close the removable lid (B).Make sure that both legs of
the handle (G) are firmly inserted and secured in the
recesses provided for this purpose in the lid (B), and that the
lid is fully closed.
You can look through the heat resistant inspecting window (C)
in the removable lid (B) to see how much the food has
browned.
When your food is cooked to the state you want, switch the
appliance off by turning the temperature control (H)
anti-clockwise as far as it will go. Disconnect the mains cable
from the shockproof sockets as well.
Now open the removable lid (B).
