Instruction manual
• This charger is suitable for 12 Volt lead-acid batteries (including low-maintenance
and maintenance-free ones) and gel and AGM batteries and should not be used for
recharging accumulators or NiCd or other battery types.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INFORMATION:
This battery charger is not intended to be used by people (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity or with little experience or knowledge if
they are not supervised and guided with regard to the use of the device by a person
responsible for their safety.
Please check your battery regularly throughout the year and in particular in the winter.
Faulty cells may cause problems with your battery so check the cells with a battery hydro-
meter. If a cell has a lower reading than the others, this may mean that the cell is faulty.
If this is the case, please have your battery checked since you may need a new battery. It
is possible for a battery to appear flat although it may be that it is only a loose connection
between the battery connection clips. Check the connection clips and if necessary tighten
them. Check the battery again.
