7. Maintenance
7.1 Check
Be sure to check and maintenance shown in the table below, for maintain good running
condition.

Check the running sound of the pump. (Check the
presence of abnormal sound)
Check suction and outlet pressure.
Monthly check
Check motor current and voltage.
Clean the inlet strainer.
The interval and check points shown in the Table. 7 refer as the case of standard service. It
should be adjustable depending on your handling gas, seriousness of contamination if any, the
pump operating hours, the frequency of pump start stop, etc.
7.2 Checkup after storage for a long period
Internal parts could be damaged during operation after long term storage (6 months or more),
or after long term stoppage (6 months or more). If you kept the Pump long time without running,
ask your closest Service Center for check.
7.3 Overhaul
You are requested to conduct overhaul every two years. If there is remarkable contamination
or performance deterioration due to the operation condition, you are recommended to conduct
overhaul even less than two years. Overhaul of once every two years will be recommended, at
operation conditions (not include suction such as powder or moisture, corrosive gas) at
ultimate pressure. (However, the parts exchange period is different depending on use
conditions)
Overhaul shall be required to keep performance as well as safety and maintain scheduled
production.
Please contact Service Center close to you listed at the end of the document as for the
overhaul.
Fill and submit the Contamination certificate enclosed in the end of the document.
We would be obliged to refrain from handling and/or executing maintenance of
the product if the detail of used hazardous substance was not disclosed or the
product has exhausted such substance that the detoxification process is
hardly conducted.
