3.2. Opening of the scoop stretcher
To place the stretcher under the patient without moving him, the stretcher must be
opened. To do this, please open the locks on the head and/or foot area. (Figure 2).
The locks allow operators to open the scoop stretcher into the desired position (in 2 parts
or “A” formed).

Disassembling the scoop stretcher into 2 parts:
1. Place the closed scoop stretcher in a horizontal position.
2. Hold the right and left sections at the same time and press the central lock (Figure 5).
Remove both sections from each other until they are fully open.
3. Repeat point 2 to open the foot side (Figure 6a).
To open the scoop stretcher in “A” position,
please unlock only the lock of the foot side
(Figure 6b).
