1. Important information
Before using the scoop stretcher, please read the operating manual and safety instructions
carefully. Keep the operating manual in a safe place to avoid operating errors.
Should you require further information or encounter difficulties in its use or maintenance,
please contact your local dealership or ultraMEDIC GmbH directly. Always specify the serial
number to identify the scoop stretcher.
1.1 Warranty terms
The manufacturer grants a warranty period of 24 months on this product. The warranty
only encompasses the costs of the spare parts.
The following points are not covered by the warranty: a) possibly omitted shipping or
labour costs incurred on the purchaser’s side; b) defects in the product due to normal
wear and tear; c) damages caused by the user; d) defects or damages caused by non-
compliance with the instructions in this document; e) any modifications or repairs to the
product without prior approval by ultraMEDIC GmbH.
1.2 Stretchers identifikation
The stretcher is identified by an autoadesive badge fixed on the main structure (Figure 1).
The Identification badge must never be removed. In case of damaging please require a
duplicate. Any form of warranty will decay if the Identification badge is removed from the
stretcher.
