Auxiliary Controls
These are relay contact closures with a contact rating of 6 amps.
For typical applications, Diamond Electronics recommends the following
cable types between the camera/pan and tilt and the receiver. Determine
which cable type to use based on site-specific requirements.
_ 15-conductor, 18 AWG, Belden 8468 or equivalent, Diamond Electronics
part number 849518-0154.
_ 12-conductor, 18 AWG, Belden 8466 or equivalent, Diamond Electronics
part number 849518-0058.
_ 9-conductor, 20 AWG, Belden 9455 or equivalent, Diamond Electronics
part number 849518-0153.
2.7 INSTALLATION
The following paragraphs describe the installation procedures for the CRX-500
Series Receivers. Before beginning these procedures, it is necessary to become
familiar with the installation data on the unit itself. Refer to the drawings at the
end of this section for overall installation of the enclosures. Review the following
system block diagrams for typical installations.
