remain unused for long periods of time. This can be
alleviated by using a smart charger. Smart chargers
can be acquired from well-equipped electronics
stores. It is recommended that the batteries are
replaced each year, so that you can be sure to use
the device without issues and for long periods of time.
2.4 Other notes
There may be incorrect information in the maps
and the position given by the GPS-locator may be
inaccurate or there may occur issues in acquiring
a location.
Several factors can affect the accuracy of a
GPS-locator such as the unfavorable position of
satellites, large buildings, natural obstacles and
prevalent weather conditions.
GPS-systems should never be used to ascertain an
exact location, nor should a GPS system be trusted
as the only tool in providing an exact location.
Always acquire at least one location message from
the device before releasing the dog from its leach so
that you can verify that the batteries are sufficiently
charged and that the device is operating normally.
NOTE!
Never use the collar (Dog-GPS) as a walking
collar for your dog. The warranty does not cover
damages caused by misuse of the collar.
The collar can be washed without using chemical
detergents.
The electronics- and battery casings are fixed on
the collar and they can not be moved or removed
from the collar.

The collar material is a
durable and highly visible

There are two collar sizes. The adjustment for the
short collar (ES) is 28 cm - 38 cm and for the long
collar (SN) 36 cm - 53 cm. Additional holes can be
punched in the collar, with the exception of the part
of the collar covered with nylon cloth between the
compartments.
