6.15.1 Setting a ringer melody for internal or external calls (1-9)
• Press the option button under ‘ Menu ’
• Press the Up or Down key

repeatedly until ‘ Handset ’ is selected
• Press to confirm
• Press the Up or Down key
/
repeatedly until ‘ Ringtone ’ is selected
• Press to confirm
• Select ‘ External ’ or ‘ Internal ’ and press
• The current melody is shown and hearable.
• Press the Up or Down key
/
repeatedly to select the desired melody.
• Press ‘ Save ’ to confirm your selection or press to leave the menu
6.16 Locking the key pad
If you lock the keypad, it is impossible to dial a telephone number. You can only answer
incoming calls.
The keypad lock symbol
will appear on the display.
• Press and hold the key for 3 seconds.
• ‘ Keypad locked ’ will appear on the display.
• Press ‘ Unlock ’ followed by ‘ ’ Key to unlock the keypad again.
6.17 Turning key click ON/OFF
You can set the handset to make a beep whenever you press a key.

To change the display contrast:

• Press the Up or Down key

• Press to confirm
• Press the Up or Down key

repeatedly until ‘ Contrast ’ is selected
• Press to confirm
• Select the contrast with the Up or Down key

• Press ‘ Save ’ to confirm your selection or press to leave the menu.
