<par2>: Power Level
For testing in CDMA networks, the output power level is configured with the absolute power level (dBm) by
<par2> ranging from -56 dBm up to 5 dBm. For example, if <par2>=-5, the RMS output power of the CDMA
signal is -5 dBm, within tolerances.
Max output power levels vary between different firmware versions. See
u-blox C2 series AT Commands

[3] for max power output levels corresponding to the various firmware version available.

<par3>: Band Class
The <par3> in UTEST is reserved for Band Class selection. This along with <par1> determines the frequencies at
which the module transmits and receives. Band Class 0 (800 MHz) and Band Class 1 (1900 MHz) each have their
own codes. Refer to AT commands manual for more information.
