< Differential lock >
The differential lock is a device to
lock the differential system in order
to rotate the left and right wheels at
the same speed. This function can
be used when the rear wheels slip
or one wheel spins.

Examples of useful conditions
of differential lock

One wheel slips or tractor can-
not be driven forward when
moving into/out of a field.
②
A wheel slips during work requir-
ing traction, such as plowing.
③
One wheel is stuck into a soft
field and can't escape.
1. Differential lock
It is possible to control the
differential lock manually for
driver's convenience.
When pressing this button,
its lamp comes on and the
differential lock is activated.
Pressing it again turns off its
lamp and deactivates the manual
mode.
Manual differential lock
Never use the differential lock
when driving on a road. A colli-
sion or rollover can occur.
Make sure to release it during
turning. Otherwise, it can lead
to an injury or accident.

When using the differential lock,
run the engine at a low speed.
•
NOTE
The differential lock is released
when depressing the brake or
one-side brake pedal.
The differential lock is released
when the vehicle speed is over
10 km/h.
