The two outputs are used infrequently. They will assert when a Low Battery
or AC Fail is detected from either the internal battery and power supply or
from an external power supply (NPS version). They can be used for testing if
the host computer is not connected or they can be used to notify an external
system that is monitoring power and environmental conditions in a computer
room. When the signals assert, the Out 1-2 signals are driven to ground.
NOTE
The Out 1 and Out 2 outputs have not been evaluated by UL.
