Installing Optional Scraper Kit
BCP1816, BCP2416, BCP3616
Follow these steps to install the Optional Scraper
Kit.
1. Mount the Scraper Bar (Ref. 1) to the Scraper
Bar Mount Lug welded to the Cuiltipacker Gang
Hanger using Carriage Bolt, 1/2" x 1 1/2" (Ref. 3)
and Flange Lock Nut, 1/2" (Ref. 4).
3. Attach the Scraper Blades (Ref. 2) to the
Scraper Bar (Ref. 1) using Carriage Bolt, 1/2" x 1
1/2" (Ref. 3) and Flange Lock Nut, 1/2" (Ref. 4).
4. Tighten each nut to the torque chart on page
33.

cause serious injury.
4. Position yourself on the opposite side of the culti-
packer and rotate the tongue into the operating or
transport position as shown in Figure 19.
5. Do not transport faster than 10 mph.
6. Avoid sharp turns with prime mover in order to not
contact tires with the tongue.
7. Do not operate the cultipacker in reverse to prevent
damage to the unit.
8. To hitch cultipacker to tractor, remove the parking
stand and store in the operatnig position. Place clevis
onto drawbar and insert drawbar pin.
