9 Dealer Instructions
BCP1816, BCP2416 Assembly
The BCP1816 and BCP2416 both come com-
pletely assembled from the factory.
1. Remove the Cultipacker from packaging.
2. Place Cultipacker on a level surface.
3. Tighten each nut to the torque chart on page
33.

1. Remove the A-Frame Figure 5 (Ref. 1), frame
with roller assembly attached (Ref. 2, roller
assembly not shown) and parking stands (Ref. 7)
from packaging.
2. Support frame off the ground using a suitable
hoist or lifting apparatus.
3. Place parking stand (Ref. 7) into the frame and
secure with pin (Ref. 8).
4. Insert A-Frame weldment between the inside
hitch lugs on the frame using hitch pins (Ref. 3)
reinsert lynch pins.
5. Use two carriage bolts 5/8" x 1 3/4" GR. 2 (Ref.
4) to attach the lower portion of the A-Frame to
the lowest square hole in the hitch lugs.
6. Make sure to keep the hitch pins moving freely
when tightening the carriage bolts. This will help
to remove and reinsert hitch pins when attaching
the cultipacker to the tractor.
7. Tighten each nut to the torque chart on page
33.
