BCP3616 Assembly
1. Remove the frame with roller assembly
attached Figure 6 (Ref. 1), roller assembly (Ref.
4), hanger (Ref. 5) and parking stands (Ref. 2)
from packaging.
2. Support frame off the ground using a suitable
hoist or lifting apparatus.
3. Place both parking stands (Ref. 2) into the
frame and secure with pins (Ref. 3).
4. Slide roller assembly (Ref. 4) onto the center
hanger (Ref. 9).
5. Mount the hanger (Ref. 5) into the roller
assembly (Ref. 4) and onto the frame assembly
(Ref. 1) using front 3/4" U- bolts supplied
(Ref. 6), 3/4" lock washers (Ref. 7) and 3/4" hex
nuts (Ref. 8).
6. Tighten each nut to the torque chart on page
33.
