OPERATING MANUAL
WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF position,
using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.
a) Disk brush version
At the end of the work, before performing any type of maintenance proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the brushes switch. The scrubbing deck will lift up automatically.
2. Turn off the vacuum switch. If the machine was in the Plus version, the squeegee will lift up automatically.
3. Lift the squeegee up by the related lever.
4. Move the machine to the dirty water drain site.
5. Switch off the machine by turning the key-operated switch in OFF position.
6. Empty the recovery tank by using the drain hose.
8 DAILY MAINTENANCE
WARNING
- These operations must be carried out with the machine switched off, with the key in OFF position,
using gloves to protect hands and making sure there are no objects or people nearby.
8.1 Recovery tank cleaning
1. Unhook the recovery tank drain hose from its position.
2. Unscrew the cap by directing the drain hose to the draining place.
3. At the end of the process, gently tilt the recovery tank backwards so as to remove any dirty water left inside.
4. Unhook the cover from the recovery tank by lifting the rear part and withdrawing it.
5. Unscrew the filter fixed on the recovery tank cover, and rinse it, taking care not to lose the floating it contains.
6. Rinse the impurities from both the recovery tank and the draining hose to avoid accumulation.
7. Close the cap on the draining hose and relocate it on the machine.
8. Repeat the above operations backwards before starting up the machine again.
WARNING
- For the discharge of the liquids used for the floor cleaning, follow the indication written on the soap label
and applicate the currently laws and codes.
8.2 Cleaning the squeegee
1. Lower the squeegee with the appropriate lever or through the vacuum switch on the console (on the Plus version).
2. Remove the suction hose from the squeegee.
3. Unscrew the fixing hadwheels, and pull out the squeegee.
4. Clean the rubber blades and the squeegee with open water.
5. Check the condition of the rubbers and reverse or replace them as necessary.
6. Clean the suction hose and make sure it is not clogged.
8.3 Removing the brushes
b) Disk brushes
1. Lift the scrubbing deck up with the appropriate switch on the console.
2. With the scrubbing deck in its raised position, thread the brushes into the seat in the flat plate below the base, turning them
so that the three buttons come out from the notches in the plate itself. Snap turn, clockwise the left one and
counterclockwise the right one, in order to push the button out of the connection spring.

9.1 Replacing the squeegee blades
Proceed as follows to change the drying edge of the rear squeegee rubber if it is worn and does not dry properly:
1. Detach the squeegee.
2. Open the blade hook and unscrew the lock handwheels.
3. Pull out the rubber-pressing blade and the rubber.
4. Turn the rubber over or replace it as necessary.
5. Reassemble by performing these procedures in reverse order.
Adjust the height of the squeegee depending on the rubber.
