Connect exhaust duct to heating
Slide the sealing plate (33 – claw points to the exhaust gas
branch on the heating) approx. 3 cm onto the exhaust gas
duct (37). Push on the pressure ring (36). Carefully guide the
O-ring (34) over the cutting edge of the duct by expanding
and push the exhaust duct into the exhaust gas branches as
far as it goes.
Push the O-ring, pressure ring and sealing plate onto the ex-
haust gas branch. Suspend the sealing plate (33) by turning
on the straps and tighten with the screw (35). Check the tight
fit of the exhaust duct.

A new O-ring (34) needs to be mounted after each
disassembly.
Slides the insulating duct (38) onto the exhaust duct (must
reach from the cowl to the back wall of the installation box).
Guide the duct up the wall with few bends. Slide the exhaust
duct (37) as far as it goes into the cowl and secure with the
plate screws (39 – 3.5 x 16).

The exhaust duct (37) with the insulating duct (38) must
incline upwards along the whole length and be fixed
and permanently mounted with several clips (40) otherwise
accumulations of water can form which prevent the free ex-
traction of exhaust gases.
Gas connection
Fig. A
Before installing, check whether the local connection condi-
tions (gas type and pressure) correspond to the device setting
(see type plate).
To prevent pressure loses, the gas supply line is designed with
a duct (12 x 1 mm).
The gas is connected to the pipe (52) on the device using the
enclosed olive screw connection, 8 mm outer diameter.
The pressure instrument gland (53) is connected via a
T-reducer connector (12 x 8 x 8 mm).
The screw (54) can be opened for the pressure test.

The gas connectors on the heating may not be
bent!
Carefully hold against the connection nipple with
a wrench when tightening!
The pipes are to be laid so that the heating can be removed
again for service work.
Before connection to the heating ensure that the gas lines are
free of dirt, chippings and similar!
Control panels / cover
Attach control panels
The position of the knob socket (50) for the control knob (51 –
gas) is determined by the installation of the heating (right or
left installation). The control panels for the fan can be installed
in available opening on the cover (62).
Press the knob socket (50) for the operating knob (51 – Gas)
and the control panel (22 – for fan TEB-3) into the recess
(check left or right-hand installation!). Plug the fan plug into
the control panel.
Close all open recesses on the cover (62) with blank covers (63).
