Using the provided spanner loosen the
cable retaining nut and the cable will fully
detach from the carb.
•
The carburettor is now detached.
*If replacing with a fresh carburettor,
please follow the instruction in reverse
to fit.
*If inspecting only, check that no debris
is evident and that the rubber gasket on
the carburettor is not damaged or mis -
shapen.
Refilling the strimmer head
When the strimmer cord eventually runs out,
please follow this guide for refilling the bump
head with fresh strimmer cord.

Remove the strimmer head from the multi
tool.
•
Looking at the side of the head, line up
the two points (circled) by holding the
lower and upper sections of the head with
your hands and twisting, this will release
the lower part of the head.
