Starter Rope
Securing the Starter Rope, Throttle Cable and Wire Assembly
1. Pull the starter rope and run it through the eye hook (Fig. 4).
2. Insert a zip tie into the hole on the lower shaft (Fig. 5). Loop the zip tie around the throttle cable
and wire assembly (Fig. 7). Secure the zip tie, but do not tighten it completely. Leave a small loop.
3. Use wire cutters to trim excess zip tie material.
4. Repeat steps 2 - 3 with the hole on the upper shaft (Fig. 6).
NOTE: DO NOT run the throttle cable and wire assembly through the eye hook.
NOTE: DO NOT bend or pinch the throttle cable or wire assembly.
