Strip Steaks
Serves 2
4 cloves garlic
6 baby sweet peppers
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 12-oz New York strip steaks
½ tbsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse ground black
pepper
2 sprigs rosemary

In a bowl, toss the garlic and peppers with the olive oil.

Season the steaks with the salt and black pepper.
3.
Place the Grill Plate in the Inner Pot. Attach the Air Frying
Lid to the appliance.
4.
Select the Grill setting. Set the cooking temperature to
500° F/260° C and the cooking time to 15 minutes. Let
the appliance preheat.
5.
When the appliance has preheated, place the steaks
on the Grill Plate and surround them with the peppers,
garlic, and rosemary. Grill the steaks for 5 minutes, flip the
steaks, and continue cooking until the desired doneness*
is reached (about 10 minutes for rare).
