½ head cauliflower,
cut into florets
1 tsp. granulated onion
1 tsp. granulated garlic
½ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Add all the ingredients to the Inner Pot and toss to
combine. Close the lid.
2.
Select the Roast setting. Set the cooking temperature to
380° F/193° C and the cooking time to 20 minutes. Start
the cooking process.
3.
Halfway through the cooking time, toss the ingredients.
