Fans do not work
VSD is ready
VSD in operation and fan's working temperature is
lower then temperature of at least one of the
modules
Wait until the temperature rises or change the fan setpoint.

CB6 circuit breakers are ON
Open the operators compartment door. Set CB6 to the ON position, then
close the VSD’s operator compartment door. If the previous condition is
fulfilled, the fan starts operating.
Not
Transformer CPT1(T1) produces 220 V + 15% -10%
Turn the VSD OFF, open the VSD using the supplied key. Turn the VSD
ON. Using a tester, measure the voltage between the circuits with the
number
«N» and the circuit «230 V» on the TB5 terminal . The voltage
must be of the order of 230 V. If the voltage is different, the transformer
may be working but not connected correctly. It is necessary to reconnect
the wire «L1_SPLY» from transformer to connector of the terminal TB5,
on which written voltage corresponding your supply network. If the
voltage is absent, check voltage after CB10 circuit breaker. The voltage
must be of the order of input voltage. If its absent, turn CB10 ON or
replace it. If there are voltage after CB10 circuit breaker but CPT1 doesn’t
produces 230 V
– replace CPT1(T1) with working one. Close the VSD,
move circuit breakers to the On position

Check that when the switch-on condition
occurs, the K1 fan turn on
Turn the VSD OFF. Open the electronics compartment of VSD using the
supplied key. Turn the VSD ON. Visually check that, provided the fan is
turned on, the starter K1 is retracted if K1 is not retracted in and the
voltage on the coil is present, replace K1. Close the VSD, move circuit
breakers to the On position

Turn-on KM1 signal comes
Turn the VSD OFF. Open the electronics compartment of VSD using the
supplied key. Turn the VSD ON. Check that, provided the fan is turned on
voltage is applied to the coil K1(a characteristic turn-on sound is heard). If
the voltage is absent replace BVN. Close the VSD, move circuit breakers
to the On position

CB10 circuit breakers are ON
Open the operators compartment door. Set CB10 to the ON position, then
close the VSD’s operator compartment door. If the previous condition is
fulfilled, the fan starts operating.
