Constant «Discr T» failure is displayed
VSD is ready
Voltage is applied to the VSD and the rectifier
radiators have a temperature below 70
℃
Apply voltage to the VSD input terminals and check the heat sink of the rectifier
unit - the temperature of the heat sink must be below 70
℃
. If the radiator is
hot, wait until it cools down, control the temperature with a pyrometer.

Contact temperature sensor
SK1, SK2 is intact and secured to regular contact
pads
Visually check that the temperature sensor SK1, SK2,is intact in the rectifier
unit and the wires are connected to them. To test the sensor with a tester, ring
it - it must be closed. If it is not closed, then it is not working. Replace with a
working one.
Temperature measurement circuits on rectifier
unit are intact
Turn the VSD OFF, open the VSD using the supplied key. Disconnect
connector P59 of BVN unit. With the help of a tester, ring pins
«39» and «40» -
they must be closed. If this is not the case, replace the sensor units or restore
circuits.
