CB (Cell Broadcast Service)
The T503F Tri band GSM/GPRS phone is capable of receiving Cell Broadcast messages.
Cell broadcast is a Tele-service which enables an Information Provider to broadcast short messages to a specified area within
the network. Although each message is typically broadcast many times, your phone is designed to receive each message only
once. Furthermore, you are able to configure your Cell Broadcast service to filter those messages which are not interesting to
you. Reception of Cell broadcast messages is only possible in idle mode, and typically each message is limited to 93
characters.
Your T503F Cell Broadcasting Service application offers the following features:
•
