Registration state
Show the current state of the phone regarding network registration. Please refer to the
Registration "Information" screen below.
Network scan
Perform a scan of the available networks. Please refer to the "Network scan" screen below.
Pref. networks:
Manage your list of preferred networks. Please refer to the "Pref. PLMN List" screen below.
To close this screen and return to the parent screen, press the
key.
"Network Selection" screen
Use
key to browse the Settings options then press the
key.
Automatic
Set the phone to Automatic network search. This is the default and recommended setting.
Manual
Set the phone to manual network search. You will be presented with a list of available
networks from which to choose. This is very useful when you are located in an area where
there is coverage by two networks and you wish to stay with one specific network. It is
essential that you remember to return the T503F back to automatic when leaving a specific
network area to continue making and receiving calls.
