Engine coolant

Turn open the screw cap

of the coolant supply container.

(2)

Check the level of the coolant.

Coolant supply container screw cap

Splashing hot coolant!

The cooling system is pressurized. When opening the cooling system, hot coolant may splash out.

The splashing coolant can scald the skin or the eyes.



Open the cooling system 15 to 20 minutes after switching off the engine.



Unscrew the cap slowly and allow the pressure to escape completely before opening.



Wear suitable protective gloves, clothes, and goggles when handling coolant.
