Configure Dynamic DNS on your router
Again, for this configuration we’ll refer to the TEW-651BR TRENDnet router.
1.
Login to your router’s web configuration page.
2.
Go to the
Main > Dynamic DNS
page and
Enable DDNS
. Select the Dynamic
DNS provider from the
Server Address
drop-down list and enter the
Host
Name
,
User Name
, and
Password
information in the spaces provided.
3.
Go to
Access >
Virtual Server
and select
Enable
. Enter the
Name
for the virtual
server rule in the space provided. Select TCP as the
Protocol
option. Enter 80 as
the
Private Port
and
Public Port
number. Enter the IP address of the camera in
the
LAN Server
space provided. Click
Add
to add the rule.
