fill in the port effective ingress rate. The valid range is 0 ~ 999. The
unit is 100K. 0: disable rate control. 1 ~ 999: valid rate value.

unit is 100K. 0: disable rate control. 1 ~ 999: valid rate value.

Priority:
this static priority based on port, if you set the port is high priority,
income frame from this port always high priority frame.

Security:
when the port is in security mode, the port will be “locked” without
permission of address learning. Only the incoming packets with SMAC
already existing in the address table can be forwarded normally. User can
disable the port from learning any new MAC addresses, and then use the
static MAC addresses screen to define a list of MAC addresses that can use
the secure port.
