B1. Assemble front and rear shocks

Exercise shock to make sure it compresses fully. If it does not, it is overfilled.

Fill with
shock oil
Unscrew
cap
Slowly move piston
to remove excess
air, then let sit a few
minutes until all the
bubbles are out.
Add oil to reach the
proper level. Ensure
the piston is covered in
oil to prevent pulling
air into the shock.
*8mm preload spacer and bump stop on rear shocks only
Note: Shaft should
be fully compressed
when cap is installed
